Getting to know you
First of all we like to get to know you so we know exactly who you are, what your needs are and what you are looking for. At the same time we provide you with our welcome package; a short briefing of life in Madrid, together with photographs, basic addresses and maps.
Finding your new home
We will pick you up and take you around to visit homes we have selected especially according to your wishes.
Home contracts
We will negotiate your purchase or rental agreement and represent you at the check-in and inventory. We also provide you, if needed with a Home insurance.
Setting up your home
We set up all your utility contracts (phone-, gas-, electricity- and water accounts) and get your Internet connection going.
Friendly advice
We know a lot of questions will arise once installed in your new home. How do you program the alarm? How does the thermostat work? This service allows you to call us at any time during 1 month just to ask us anything, from a simple advice to urgencies, we will be there for you.
